do you see the download page with lots of different items to download ( the exact set is depending on if you are a customer / partner etc. but the desktop client should be there in all versions)?
Or are you redirected to a page where you need to register for free download?
If latter, are you logged in to the QV site when trying to download?
If you are able to access the complete download page, setting a filter to retrieve the latest QV 10 desktop release should be easy (QlikView style selection on the left side).
Since we are already on QV11, I assume you are explicitely looking for the old version, since QV11 version should be available also by the redirected download site.
