regenerate previous value

Hi,

I want to fill in previous date's data if the ID and Security doesn't exist for next date.

Any help on this?

Date, ID , Security, Amount

1/01/2018, 1A, AB1, 100

1/01/2018, 2B, AB2, 200

2/01/2018, 1A, AB1, 200

I want to regenerate the ID(2B)  and Security(AB2)  with the amount.
