scroll bar problem

Hello,

this is a strange problem - the dashboard has a bunch of list boxes with scroll bars. I can use the scroll bar by either moving the bar up and down, or by clicking the up and down arrows to scroll thru the data. But for another person, the up and down arrows do not work.

We are both viewing the dashboard via the web - AJAX, Explorer ( we have tried both explorer 7 and 8).

Any ideas why this might be happening?

I am also having a similar problem both in Desktop and on IE9. The down arrow does not work at first unless you play with the scroll bar first.

Has anyone else experienced this? How to fix?
