select all fields that meet a condition

Hello

I have two fields FAMILY and IsCapex

I want when the user selects a specific sheet to automatically have selection of all FAMILY values where IsCapex = 1

Please help in the syntax

Right click sheet---> go to Triggers---> Add Action--->Select in Field: FAMILY--->

expression: ='=IsCapex' &'=1'
