set access level on data

Hi

i need some help on this problem.

i have a dashboard that contain several object. two of them is my company chart that show in tree view and the other one is list of the employee.

when i click on each level of my chart the employee list change and show the eployees that assigne to that chart level.

now i want to install this document for all of my companys manager but i want do something that each managere can just see the data for his/her section

my database is oracle.

what should i do?
