In my script, the TEXTS table is created using an INLINE LOAD preceded by a preceding LOAD statement. I guess if you changed the order of the statements, you missed to add a RESIDENT source to the second LOAD.
I don't really understand your two other issues, would be better if you could post your current application / script.
