switch row and column

seems to be a simple problem, but not simple for a newbie like me...

I only want to switch the rows (locations) and columns (prod...). How do I make it?

Left click and hold the column you want to move. Drag it to desired location.

In my other file I had a chart where this didn`t work. I`ll delete it and create a new one.
