time range in ticket resolution

I have total tickets field and resolved fields. i am calculating the ticket resolution% means resolved tickets/total tickets .

in that  ticket resolution% is 85%  in 15 minutes category 90% in 1 hour category and 95% in 24 hours category how to calculate the time range in ticket resolution%

here you can use rangesum() function.
