vbs to build qvw from source control: null error in script

Hi,

I am using the below script by rwunderlich‌

Set Qv = CreateObject("QlikTech.QlikView")

Set docObj = Qv.CreateDoc

docObj.SaveAs qvwFullPath

docObj.CloseDoc

Set docObj = Qv.OpenDocEx (qvwFullPath,0,false)

docObj.Save

docObj.CloseDoc

Qv.Quit

However, I am getting some exceptions as shown below

I have also tried using a similar solution/script given on the community but then getting some other exception as below

I simply need a vbs or preferably powershell script to create a qvw from prj, save and close through a script. Can someone please guide
