Dependency updates. 

Bugfix: Removed ability to load external URLs via the server in order to address reflected XSS and SSRF vulnerabilities (QB-10517, QB-10518)

Bugfix: Fixed a Javascript injection vulnerability in the webmap script servlet (QB-10519)

Bugfix: Fixed a path traversal vulnerability in the loading of internal webmap resource files (QB-10651)
