The following release notes cover the standalone version of Qlik Web Connectors released in June 2022, patch 1 released in August 2022.

What's new in Qlik Web Connectors June 2022, Patch 1

The following updates have been made to the Qlik Web Connectors Core and Web UI as well as the connectors listed.

Qlik Azure Storage Connector:

• Security improvement for blob container path parameter: non-HTTPS and localhost URIs are now blocked.

RedirectWhitelist Configuration Parameter:

• Security improvement for connectors that can make HTTP requests to arbitrary URIs. Automatic redirects are now disabled by default for these connectors. URIs can be whitelisted to allow automatic redirects when necessary - please see the RedirectWhitelist setting in deploy.config, see Advanced configuration of Qlik Web Connectors in the online help.

Known issues and limitations

IP v6 addresses are not supported when entering an IP v6 address for the purpose of white listing.

Load Balancing is not supported.

System requirements notes

Qlik Web Connectors requires .NET Framework 4.8 (previously 4.7.2).
