Hello, I'm trying to evaluate the performance of QlikSense apps using the Scalability Tool (QSEST), but I keep getting connectivity issues. Appreciate any suggestions on how to resolve the problem.

First of all, can you check your websocket connectivity by using https://community.qlik.com/t5/Official-Support-Articles/Qlik-Sense-Websocket-Connectivity-Tester/ta-...
After this, error 400 Bad header is usually, in Qlik Sense, due to an error in your Virtual Proxy, because Qlik Sense address (external IP or FQDN, ect. ) is missing in the white host list section.
In my memories, this tool use an header authentication, right ? If yes, then check the associated virtual proxy.
