Microsoft introduced a new database backup and restore process called Accelerated Database Recovery (ADR) as an optional feature in SQL Server 2019 & Azure Synapse SQL and a mandatory feature in Azure SQL Database & Azure SQL Managed Instance.  This feature is absolutely brilliant from a backup and recovery standpoint and significantly reduces the time it takes to recover a database; in my experience often down from minutes to just a few seconds.

Unfortunately, I have recently been informed that Qlik Replicate does not currently support this feature in SQL Server endpoints (despite supporting Azure SQL Managed Instance endpoints, where ADR is mandatory).  It would be great it if Qlik would bring the ADR support they already offer for Azure SQL Managed Instance endpoints over to SQL Server endpoints.
