Expand edit capabilities of the master items so an additional screen is provided to allow both viewing and creation of vocabulary terms. Entered here would benefit business analysts, and the terms could feed thru into the main vocabulary screen window.

As a secondary, if that works provide the same capability for assets panel fields.
