It would be great to be able to connect to GitHub for the purpose of running a Must_Include statement. We currently use GitHub to manage our scripting, but have to use Jenkins to write it to an accessible file resource before utilizing it. Directly connecting would simplify our workflow tremendously.
You may be aware but you can use must_include with web addresses - although you have to set each file up as its own connection I think. We have done this with GitHub before, but it doesn't include authentication so the repository & files have to be public and you just need to make sure you use the "raw" URL e.g.: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ometisltd/code-snippets/master/Reload Stats/subReloadStats.qvs
I think this only works in Qlik Sense On Prem though as there doesn't appear to be a web file connector in SaaS... what you suggest would be a more secure way to do it anyway, so +1.
