In the pivot table under Appearance > Presentation > Styling, when you change the font for the headings and/or content it does not adjust the font on the pivot column and row headings - this makes the pivot table look unbalanced. I could hide the pivot column/row headings but the customer wants these headings to be visible to allow moving around of the columns and rows.  Notice I adjusted the header font size and the content font size to 10 but the pivot column/row headings (circled in red) do not adjust.
