In the QMC it is now not possible to reload an Qlik Sense app for users with an analyzer license. This works not so good and is not very clear when you can reload or not. When I have an user without any license or admin role, I can give access to reload specific apps using the QMC. But when I give an user an Analyzer user, it is not anymore possible to reload the QMC using the QMC.

I will give some users (withs an Analyzer token) rights to reload an app, but I don't want to give them an admin role in the QMC. 
It is not possible to buy for all those users a Professional license. And now it is strange, an user without any license or admin role is allowed to reload apps when I create security rules with access permissions.
