When doing a full load to Synapse, Replicate should compress the text file before sending it, similar to the way it can do with a Databricks endpoint.

Synpase supports compression: Here's the doc of COPY INTO: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/t-sql/statements/copy-into-transact-sql?view=azure-sqldw-latest

Currently, Replicate->Synapse loads take MUCH longer than Replicate->Databricks, and the 90x longer upload speeds of large tables seem to be the biggest culprit.
