Hi

I propose to make changeable default value for "Task session timeout". Currently default value is 1440 minutes (24 hrs).

I think so long reload time is unacceptable generally. When I'm creating new task I have to change this value on more reasonable then 24 hrs always.. it's boring. 

Possibility to set default value by Root Admin will be useful.
