A user is disconnected from an active session and the Session Log reads "Killed because Named User Cal was needed from another client " and "CAL Type: None"
Analysing the Session logs shows the following line logged:
Killed because Named User Cal was needed from another client with a CAL type of None
CAL Type = None is expected behaviour. This message implies that multiple users are attempting to log in to the system using different IP addresses, but using the same identification credentials (i.e. the same user account is being used from multiple machines).
The “NONE” actually means N/A, once your session has been killed, the CAL is not available for you.
