The following users cannot access the Qlik Sense Management Console (QMC) or Hub:
- local Qlik service account (if non-domain)
- local administrator
- other local users with permission
Unless removed, these settings will prevent the local users, including the Qlik Service Account, from logging into the QMC/Hub.

Deny access to this computer from the network
This security setting determines which users are prevented from accessing a computer over the network. This policy setting supersedes the Access this computer from the network policy setting if a user account is subject to both policies.
Default: Guest
Resolution:
- From the Microsoft Windows Start/run command-line execute secpol.msc to access the Local Security Policy
NOTE: may require elevated privilege.

- Navigate to Local Policies > User Rights Assignments
- Locate Deny access to this computer from the network
- If the Security Setting lists the local account or your administrator group, remove the accounts/groups.
