Loading of an app is hanging when using Qlik Sense SaaS or Qlik Sense Business

If opening an app in Qlik Sense SaaS or Qlik Sense Business, the app may not load. The progress bar continues to move with no progress being made.  

You can upload ore create apps, but not open them. 

Resolution

Verify if your organization is using a firewall using web filtering methods. 

Examples of these methods can be:

•  Antivirus
•  Filtering of downloads (e.g. exe, xls)
•  SSL Scan (breaking up SSL trafic to be able to scan the content=
•  SSL certificate checks (testing the trust chain)
• Content filtering (e.g. NSFW)
