I am new to Talend and am investigating whether or not it can do what I want to prove out. I wish to create a proof of concept showing how Talend could catalog source tables/columns, how the catalog could be supplemented with business definitions and rules, how relationships and lineage could be mapped, and transformations documented.
Which tools do I need to use?
Can the proof of concept be done entirely with the open source (free version)?
What are the license restrictions once I create the proof of concept?
