How to create a multi select drop down UI in MDM

 Hi,

I want to create a Multi select drop down list in MDM

Example for Subjects:

So for Student entity I created a foreign key for subjects to bring a drop down for selection of subjects. And to add multiple subjects I created a zero to many relationship in the entity which gives me a + symbol to add multiple subject fields.

Question is how to group the subjects in the UI so it doesn't seem too clutter.

So From:

Subject : Math +

Subject : Science + 

Subject : English +

To something like:

                    Math

Subjects :    Science

                    English

Is it possible.
