HI,

How can I  redesign the home page of Data Catalog, adding tabs or link to access quickly to all key information??

Yes you can do that by creating your own java scripts and html web pages and storing it
TalendDataCatalog\conf\resources\web

And then editing in below file
TalendDataCatalog\conf\resources\MetadataExplorer.xml

You can also do additional customization in MetadataExplorer.xml
