Migrate components from one database to another (ex: PostgreSQL to Snowflake)

I have the following questions about how to make easier the migration of Talend assets (components, variables, metadata) from one database to another (example: PostgreSQL to Snowflake):
How to identify easily the list of assets to modify ?
Is there a way to automate a part of these assets modifications ?
Do you have some information (documentation, existing tool) about this subject ?
@Alexandre Jolly , do you mean Talend repository item files? If yes, these item files are stored in local folder or remote Git server. Or you are talking about TAC database?
I meant Talend repository item files but I was not asking where they are stored.
I would like to know how we can speed up the components modifications (tDBInput/tDBOutput...) when migrating from one DBMS to another (ex: PostgreSQL to Snowflake)
