Taking more time for importing Server Objects from mdm server

Hi Team,

When i logged into the Talend MDM Remote workspace, i changed my work space to MDM Persective, after that when i am doing "Import Server Objects from MDM server" and selecting the appropriate server for this and it is taking more time(We are not seeing any update/response from this option).

May i know how to approach for this.

Hello,

Can you please clarify in which Talend MDM version/edition you are?

In addition, if you don't mind, could you please open the error log generated automatically by the Studio to see whether you have error stack trace there; if you do, we will appreciate it a lot if you could paste it here.

We are using the 6.4.1 version in talend.

Hell Bala,

From your attachement, there are some 'Could not resolve modules' exceptions in your log. Are you using jdk 1.8 and JDK bin is included in your PATH environment variable and is being reached?

With your Talend MDM Platform solution, would you mind creating a case on talend support portal so that we can give you a remote assistance(webex) through support cycle with priority?
