Partners as some of you may know my name is Emma Spickerman and I am your Community Manager for the newly launched Partner Area that lives on Qlik Community and I'm excited to let you know that I'm joined here today with Luc and Luc is joining us from the partner analytics team here at Qlik and I'm going to be taking you through a

run-through of reference 360 which is an app that lives on the partner space on Qlik Community reference 360 if you're not familiar with it is a customer cloud data platform

and reference 360 is an app that is particularly helpful to our account managers during the pre-sales process, and this is because reference 360 has many customer reference cases and other types of resources that prove Qlik’s credibility within the market these references illustrate that clicks services have been trusted by people and people with businesses just like theirs. Luc will be taking you through this run through of the app to illustrate just how easy reference 360 is to use not only is it easy to use but we have thousands of cases for various regions and Industry types that you can refer to in fact these resources are that we're sharing with you are some of the exact resources that our sales team at Qlik uses when you win with Qlik we win with Qlik and so without further a due I'm going to turn it over to Luc thanks Emma welcome everyone to our Qlik  Community homepage as we can see in the top toolbar we have our partners area let's go ahead and click on that and within our resources and events column we can find our reference 360 application here let's go ahead and click on that application and we can see that this link takes us to the introduction page of our reference 360 application

the introduction page holds several useful navigation icons such as frequently asked questions asset type definitions assets and references and assets by country we can click on any one of these icons to navigate to that application worksheet we can also at any point in the application navigate up to the top toolbar called sheets and click on any one of those worksheets to navigate to let's click on our assets and references worksheet the assets and references worksheet we

can see has some high level KPIs such as the number of assets so there's 4923 of those assets how many were attributed year to date and how many customer accounts in those assets have references, we can also see a breakdown of those total assets by the asset industry such as Manufacturing has 18.8 percent Healthcare has 7.3 percent and we can see those assets distributed across the date in which they were released and by the asset type such as customer success story a presentation a video and several more to drill into a particular asset there are a few ways to get to that the first would be by clicking in an asset industry such as Manufacturing we could also click on an asset type such as customer success story another way is to drill down by a particular geography such as a country or region in this example I'll pretend that I'm a partner preparing for a demo with a potential client if we go over to our filters navigation here I want to click on our regional drill down the client I'm looking for is in the Americas so I'm going to click on America's and if we go back into that drill down again we can see each of the different countries that roll up to Americas I'm going to click on USA

we can now see that the application is looking at all assets in the US

I'm going to go back to the industry pie chart here and I'm going to filter on Healthcare and social assistance because the client that I want to demo for is a hospital I'll quickly see that we have some sub-industries within that particular industry and I'm going to click on hospitals within hospitals we also have specialty facilities and General Medical and Surgical Hospitals I'm gonna go ahead and click on that one now we're specifically looking at all General Medical and Surgical Hospitals within the U.S we can see we have 93 assets.
