100 % Stacked bar chart color by dimension in not working properly

Hi All,

100 % stack bar chart is not working as expected.

You can see below,  In both case measure value is same .

In stacked bar chart I am using color by dimension for second dimension .If remove color by dimension values are showing correctly.

Please suggest me the ways to fix this.
