Automatic change licence type

Hi all,

I have spent a couple of time researching about the Qlik Sense licensing model but I could not find an answer to the following case:

I wonder that is it possible to specify security rules to automatic change licence type to "user access" for user who for example consume more than 10 "login access" by month.

No, security rules grant access to resources. They allow actions, not act themselves. They won't change license allocations, nor make coffee for you.
