BarsPlus export to PPT failed

Hi everyone,

I am having some trouble with using the extension BarsPlus, I am created a stacked bar chart whihc works perfectly within the app however when I go to export this to a PPT or PDF the bars within the graph disappear but I still get the axis. Has anyone come across this before or how how to overcome it?
