Can a regular user import a QVF to the Cloud?

Hello, 

Can a regular, non-admin user, import a QVF file into the Qlik Cloud? I've come across QVFs posted in the forums and from previous work on desktop which I want to work on but don't have a way of accessing (other than through desktop).
