Change Colour of On Demand Reporting Button

Hi Community,

Is it possible to change the colour of the On Demand Reporting  and the Navigation Button ? I know there is no option on UI end but can anything be done in the css or js files? If possible can you suggest where?

I also got the above requirment..user want to change the Nprinting on demand button color.

Can you please guide how to achieve it if it is possible.
