Change background color of title in a text object

I added a text object and changed the background color to light grey. 
However, the background color of the title and subtitle have not changed accordingly. 

I tried to look for background color for title in 'Styling' and have not found any option for that. 
Can anyone suggest any solution?

Hi @SauGuad that's weird, do you tried to delete that object and create a new one?

If I don't type 'Definition' as Title under Appearance >> General then the background color will not be separated. But as soon as I type 'Definition' as Title the background color will be separated explicity for the title and there is no option to change the background color of the title or subtitle. 😢
