Charts not showing on exported PDF when there is no data

hi all,

I ran into an odd issue.

When scenario "The selections generated no data for this chart" happens to multiple charts on my dashboard, and I export to PDF, some of the charts are not showing on the exported PDF at all, - no title, no border, instead that section is just blank. Whereas the other charts are showing (only the chart border, title, and the message "The selections generated no data for this chart" are showing).

I want all charts where selections generated no data to show on the PDF, otherwise the random blank sections look weird on the report. how can I achieve this? thanks!!

To ensure all charts where selections generated no data are included in the exported PDF, you can try the following steps:

Check Dashboard Settings: Ensure that the dashboard settings are configured to include empty charts. Some dashboard tools have an option to show or hide empty charts.

Modify Export Settings: Look into the export settings of your dashboard tool. There might be an option to include all elements, even those with no data Click Here

Use a Different Export Method: If the current method doesn't work, try exporting the dashboard using a different method or tool. Sometimes switching tools can resolve unexpected issues.

Update Software: Ensure that your dashboard software is up to date. Sometimes bugs that cause these issues are fixed in newer versions.
