I need to create 3 new security rules.
I would like to know if there are any default security rules that need to be updated.
1. All users need to see the icons stored in the content libraries:
I have several content libraries where some icons are stored. User cannot see the icons in the sheets unless they have Read permission (Action), he sees a blank space.
I currently define each new user (all types of licenses) manually, I want this to be automated.
2. All users need to create & publish bookmarks:
For the purpose of creating reports, users should be able to create bookmarks (with specific selections) and distribute them to the other users who use the app.
3. Pro users need to publish sheets:
Pro license users should be able to publish sheets that they created to the other users who use the app.

All users need to create & publish bookmarks: this should be the default setting
Pro users need to publish sheets: this also should be the default setting, do you mean approve ?

In regards to your second question "I would like to know if there are any default security rules that need to be updated" , you won't need that ad you are only granting new accesses and not revoking any existing accesses. If you do find the need to modify default security rules, then it is a best practice to keep the original rules unedited and disabled; then create an identical copy of the default security rule and make your changes in that one. By this approach you will be able to quickly roll back to a default state in case something goes wrong.

The default is for 'Create'.
I will try to copy it with 'Publish' only for with sheet and bookmark into a new rule.
