Do you need enterprise for this?

We are planning to buy Qlik but cant decide on the product, can someone advise us what to do? 

What we have:

1. Sets of data from ODK ( 1 cloud server)

2. Sets of data from another data gathering server (web browser where you input data)( another 1 cloud server)

What we want:

1. Combine these data to have a dashboard for the organization

2.  Dashboard should be somewhat interactive and not static graphs etc

Questions:

1. Do we purchase qlik professional ? if yes, how many?

2. how much is it per account?

3. do we need to purchase another cloud server to house qlik or is it included once you purchase professional?

4. can it be directly linked to our data server?

5. can the users use it interactively?
