How to duplicate a rule in QMC

HI everybody,

I read in a previous post how to hide in QMC the everyone stream
to a specific user and everything is clear.  I must change the security rule called "StreamEveryone".

But before doing that I would like to duplicate this rule and I don't know how to do it.

Could you please help me ?
