How to edit an already published measure??

Hello all,

We have published a Sense application in a Stream and we have defined and used master measures.

Once uploaded we would like to change one of these master measure. Is that possible directly in the HUB? How can I do it?

I wrote a simple security rule that allows editing published apps and everything works except master item updates and additions.  The owner of the app is the only one that can add or edit master items and then when the app is accessed by non app owners, they can't see the new master items.  Any idea why this might be?  The rule sets create/read/update permission on app*
