Issue connection to database - Qlik Sense Cloud

Hi everyone, 

I am using the trial version of Qlik Sense Cloud for myself. I would like to connect the application to my Database.

So, I've usec the data connector to create a connection between  Qlik Sense Cloud and my Database. I am using MySQL Workbench. 

But I 've got this error message :

I also tried with PostGreSQL, and it doesn't work.

I have made lot of research about this issue, some solutions suggest to create an IP Address. I don't know how to do this. I think there is a lack of documentation for a such subject. Without connecting to a Database I am stuck and I can't work. 

If you could be help to solve this issue, it will be nice of you.
