LICENSE ALLOCATION PER USER

Hi Qlik Sense Peeps,

I have inquired about our licenses. Currently, we subscribed to like 11 Professionals and 20 Analyzers and we are using them on 3 different servers. 

Could you please clarify whether the 11 Professional and 20 Analyzer licenses are available for use on each individual server, or if these licenses are a total count that needs to be distributed among all three servers?

What do you mean by three different servers? Three nodes? If three nodes then yes, the license follow the user on all nodes.

Three separated installations? Then no. Each installation needs its own license code and the 11+20 should only be available on one of the three. (There might be that you have three server licenses , prod, test and dev, then you might have a setup with 11+20 users on each of the three license keys)

Hi @Vegar, 

We currently have 3 plus 1 BRC/DR server (Dev, UAT, PROD & DR). Yes, we have 3 different licenses per server. We have some doubts because as per Qlik Sense support before we only had 11 + 20 in all servers but while checking on each server we can use 11+20 per server. So got confused about that.  That's why we asking for confirmation on this.
