Maintain chart size through filtering

Hello

I have a bar chart which goes from 1 to 10 along the x axis

But after filtering it only shows on the x axis what is within the filter

Is there a way to maintain the charts size even though it does not have any of the values within

[agigliotti]

in data handling tick "Include zero values'.
