Microsfot sql server connector QlikSense Business(cloud)

Hi expert

I am trying to connect in qlik sense business(cloud) using the MSQL Server connector and have this error(attached image)

I open the port 1433 and 1434 and add the whilelisth ip that qlik suggest

But still have the same error

Someone resolve it?
