No ServerNodeConfigurations found in load balancing rules
Hi All,
I am getting the following error in our QlikSense Environment -
Message: No ServerNodeConfigurations found in load balancing rules for App (name/id) Qlik Sense E2E Monitoring/256ffb0c-8333-4804-9e22-1a21ba394f3b 0
I get this for a few apps.
I went through the support article https://support.qlik.com/articles/000091387 it mentioned its due to misconfigured Load Balancing rule governing the app and/or misconfigured Custom Properties associated with the app.
Can anyone guide me how can I check what must have gone wrong in the configuration of the LB or custom properties ?
Check your load balancing rules in the QMC to see if they use any custom properties to determine on what node an app should be reloaded or opened. Then check those custom properties to see if they can be used on apps. And then check that the apps have values for those custom properties.
