Dear Qlik Support,
me and my colleague are both new to qlik. We have a self hosted on premise version and both of us have a professional license. For some reason i cannot access any apps on the hub anymore while my colleague does. We changed nothing, since we mostly have been inactive in terms of qlik use for weeks. Both of us have exactly the same rights since it was the qlik support staff "Dennis Jaskowiak" which helped us to get started.
I have been looking around finding the issue which is known as "no valid access pass". I have been clearing my browsers cache, logging out, closing the browser and so on but the issue remains. I have the issue on different devices and i have no idea anymore why is that. My user is a domain user and i can access the hub as well as the qmc with no issue. For some reason i cannot edit nor open any existing app whereas it doesnt matter if its an app from the stream or not. Do you have any idea?
