Nprinting 2017 -On Demand

Hi,

I am having an application in which I am using Qlik Sense Extension for NPrinting 17 On-Demand. But I am getting following error:

Version details: QlikSense November 17 and Nprinting February 18

Kindly suggest some workaround for this issue?

I can't believe an extension (now it belongs to the app in the newest version) which Qlik advertises is so so bad and with so little to none documentation. What the hell?

I'm trying to place this in our client, in a project where we had to apologize about NPrinting more times that I can count and there is no help!
