Qlik Sense Internet consumption

Hello,

I would like to ask you a quick question, if someone has an answer.

I have installed lately Qlik Sense server September 2017. While checking the network performance in the resource monitor (Go to Resource monitor > Network tab), I found that Qlik Sense executable files (postgres.exe / Repository.exe / Engine, Proxy...) are consuming too much network. (Check screenshot).

Does anyone know why?

Which component in qlik sense is using this huge bytes of network?
