Qlik sense hub icons not working correctly

Hi everyone,

this afternoon something happened to my qlik sense hub and the icons of the applications are not displayed correctly anymore. I have not idea if it is some extension that I have uploaded (maybe the background extension that I used today for the first time). I upload a screenshot to show you what's the problem. The version of my application is 12.16.2

I am facing a similar problem.

One Qlik Sense Server display the icons correctly but the others are showed as letters.

Anyone have an explanation for this?
