Remove field not ending with a number

I've a table like this

ID	Name
18651qz	Peralta
8643126	Diaz
82588q68	Santiago
7451651Z	Scully
74984988	Holt

And i would like to take only values where id end with a number but i've no idea how to do this.

where isnum(Right(ID,1)) = -1;
