Rolling Week and Rolling Month Logic

I have data for 10 years like from 2011 to 2020. I want to show the count of product over week and month as per rolling upto 1 year from today's week

For instance( weeK number for today is 43 as per date 20/10/2017). I want to show from [2017 - Week 43 upto 2017 -Week 42].

I restricted the week starting but not for ending upto 12 months.
